Timing is Everything
According to AyurVeda, three governing intelligences are associated with the times of the day. These three governing intelligences are called the Doshas, consisting of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Scientifically speaking, this understanding of the hours of the day and our circadian rhythms coincide with a Doshic-Based daily routine and is substantiated with hormone balance, melatonin and melanin production, as well as cortisol levels.
